Napoli skipper Marek Hamsik has apologised to fans after their home defeat to Chievo Verona.

Chievo shocked Napoli on Sunday 1-0.

"Throughout the match we had the significant advantage, playing at Chievo's goal," Hamsik said.

"However, when we do not score, we cannot win. The visitors got to our goal just the once and it was a goal.

"For this home loss we are very sorry."
