Hamilton midfielder James McArthur accepts he could be playing in England before the end of the month.
Hull City and QPR are among clubs chasing the 22 year-old midfield schemer.
"I don't know if I'll still be here when the window shuts, there's speculation and all I can do is play well," said McArthur. "If teams are coming to watch me and are impressed, and a bid comes in, then we'll need to sit down and look at it. But until then I'm just concentrating on my football.
"It's happened for years with myself, James McCarthy and Brian Easton. You get a boost that teams are coming to watch you but that's all I read into it.
"I just put it to the back of my mind. With so many important games coming up I take confidence from it and hope that shows in my play."
