Hamilton cut loose ex-Everton attacker Kissock
Hamilton have cut loose John Paul Kissock.
Kissock, who turned 20 on Wednesday, follows fellow midfielder Gary Mason out of New Douglas Park just three-and-a-half months since joining from Everton.
Kissock played in Hamilton's opening three games of the season but did not feature after that.
Manager Billy Reid told Press Association Sport: "These guys never featured as much as they wanted to; I felt they were behind some of the other guys.
"We've given them an opportunity to leave the club and go and try to get a club come January.
"They leave with our blessings but just didn't fit into what we're trying to do."

What is it exactly that Hamilton are trying to do? Was this communicated to the players that have just been released, or were they just thrown into the chaos that is Hamilton? Do Hamilton know what they are trying to do?
I believe the reason for releasing John Paul was because he did not show enough initiative in the players' tunnel!
