Hamburg hope to take Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne on-loan next season.

Chelsea are unlikely to bring De Bruyne to London next term and instead loan him out for another 12 months.

Hamburg enjoy a close relationship with Chelsea and their football director Frank Arnesen was in London last week to discuss De Bruyne's situation.

The exciting winger is currently on-loan in Belgium with Royal Antwerp.
