Hamburg have signed Barcelona midfielder Alen Halilovic.

The young Croatian is moving to HSV for €5 million.

Esport 3 says Barça would ensure a buy-back option is inserted in the deal, which would be valid for the first two seasons, totaling 10 million euros for the first year, and 12.5 million euros for the second year.

Halilovic had an offer on the table from Valencia but opted for the Hamburg proposal, which provided better economic conditions for the player.
