Hamburg are eyeing Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.
De Telegraaf says Hamburg coach Armin Veh is keen to bring the 19 year-old to Germany this month.
Chelsea are willing to send Bruma out on-loan - though much will depend on the fitness of senior defensive colleagues.
Bruma is also a confirmed target for PSV Eindhoven.
