Newcastle United are believed to be again showing interest in Hamburg's Pierre-Michel Lasogga.
The 23-year old German forward was on the radar of the Magpies in the summer but instead moved from Hertha Berlin to Hamburg following a successful loan.
However, Bild suggests that Newcastle are looking at a potential winter bid for Lasogga who has battled thigh injuries in the first half of this campaign.
Hamburg paid around £7million for Lasogga in July last year after he netted 13 goals in 20 Bundesliga outings during his initial loan at the Imtech Arena which is the form that first interested the Toon.
