Rafael van der Vaart has emerged as a transfer target for Italian club AS Roma.
Reports suggest that the Giallorossi are keen on the Hamburg attacking midfielder, 32, who comes out of contract in the summer.
Former Real Madrid and Tottenham ace van der Vaart returned to Hamburg in 2012 but could now be set for a move to the Serie A according to various reports.
