Hamburg midfielder Nigel de Jong is almost a Manchester City player according to reports.

It is believed that both clubs have agreed terms but it is now up to the Dutch international to make a decision.

"The clubs have agreed a fee. Nigel de Jong now has to reach agreement with Manchester City," a spokesman for Hamburg said.
