Hamburg goalkeeper Rene Adler has welcomed interest from Arsenal. The 28-year-old is thought to be one of the Gunners' top summer targets, as they search for a new stopper.
"For any player, it is an honour [to be linked with Arsenal]," he told Bild.
"It is something that inspires me even more, but it is not distracting me."
HSV chief Frank Arnesen remarked: It is known that Arsenal are looking for a goalkeeper. But we have not been contacted."
