Hamburg sports director Jens Todt has told the agent of Jann-Fiete Arp to call them.

The German U17 World Cup striker is on the radar of Bayern Munich and Chelsea this season.

"His agent knows we're ready to discuss 24 hours a day," Todt told Bild.

The 17 year-old striker is tied to HSV until 2019 - and the Bundesliga outfit are eager to upgrade the deal.

Earlier this year, Arp revealed interest from Chelsea - though was cool on joining the London giants over fears he'd "get lost in the system".
