Hamburg boss Martin Jol plans to raid his old club Tottenham for youngster Jacques Maghoma.
Midfielder Maghoma, 21, came through the academy at Spurs when Hamburg manager Jol was there, says the Mirror.
He has just been called up to the full Congo squad.
