Ben Halloran has put his name forward as a possible World Cup bolter by scoring for the fourth time in a row for Fortuna Dusseldorf.
The 21-year old Australian winger scored in the 89th minute as Dusseldorf beat Erzebirge Aue 4-0 at the Esprit Arena on Saturday.
The former Gold Coast United and Brisbane Roar forward has now scored five goals in 16 2.Bundesliga games this season with four of those coming this month.
Halloran netted each of opening goals in the 2-1 win at Paderborn on April 4, in the 3-1 home victory over FC Aalen a week later and in the 3-0 victory at Sandhausen on April 17 prior to his late strike which helped the Tunas move up to seventh on Germany's second tier table, extending their unbeaten streak to five matches.
