Hal Robson-Kanu is delighted after his first season at West Brom.

A final position of 10th represented one of the club's best in the Premier League and Robson-Kanu, who joined on a free transfer last summer, hopes they have laid the foundations for further success next term.

“We finished 10th and as a group we need to take the positives from that," he told the Express & Star. “We want to keep progressing and hopefully build on that next season.

“Of course the finish has been disappointing. We worked so hard all season.

“Obviously it shows where we are in the league after a run of games where we could have picked up more points.

“But over the course of the season we have to take the positives from it and look forward."
