Hajduk Split attacking midfielder Sonijad Ibricic is being watched by Celtic and Blackburn Rovers.
The Herald says Celtic boss Tony Mowbray has been tipped off about Ibricic - who will be winning his 20th cap this evening - by Rudi Vata, the former Celtic player, who is now an agent. However, he could face competition for the player's signature with Sam Allardyce, the Blackburn Rovers manager, also keen.
In August, Allardyce paid £6m for striker Nikola Kalinic, Ibricic's Hajduk Split team-mate, and is keen to bring the players together again at Ewood Park. But Celtic are also on the look out for players who can score from midfield, and will take a look at Ibricic to see if he fits the bill.
