Hajduk Split director Goran Vucevic admits Tino-Sven Susic is on the brink of joining Inter Milan.

The midfielder has also been linked with Sevilla.

"Susic is inches away from signing with Inter, this is all that I can say on the topic," he told Estadio Deportivo.

"There were talks with Sevilla, but nothing concrete happened. It's not true that they submitted a higher bid than the Nerazzurri.

"I've been to Milan twice to close the deal. [Coach] Roberto Mancini and [sporting director] Piero Ausilio both agree on his signing, but we've been asked for time so they could fix some things within their team.

"But by the end of the month we are expecting his arrival in Milan. Many clubs have expressed interest in him but he has chosen Inter and this will be his destiny."
