Hahnemann: Wolves can end Birmingham home run

Wolves goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann insists they can break Birmingham City's undefeated run.

Birmingham are unbeaten in their last nine home games having not lost in front of their own fans since their 2-1 defeat against Bolton on September 26.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United have all failed to win at St Andrew's this season but Hahnemann thinks Wolves could be the team to break Birmingham's run.

Hahnemann, who returns to the side after being rested for the humiliating 3-1 FA Cup defeat at Crystal Palace on Tuesday, said: "Birmingham are a fair number of games unbeaten at home.

"But the longer those things go the more it is a challenge for someone to break it. So why not us?

"They've been playing well but if we play as we can we've got a chance of being the team to end that streak."
