Newcastle United's Jonas Gutierrez is uncertain of his future at the club but will wait before making any decisions.

The 26-year old wants to help Argentina in next month's World Cup qualifiers before planning what is next for him in club football.

"Right now, the main thing is the national team," he said.

"I want to make my contribution to the team, be with the guys and I hope I can play.

"Once the qualifiers pass, we'll see what will happen with my future."
