Guly do Prado expects to soon leave Southampton.
The striker struck in their FA Cup win over Yeovil Town on Saturday.
Frustrated Guly said: "I am going to miss Southampton if I have to go.
"I hope things change but if I do have to go I will just say thank you to everyone; the fans, the chairman, Mauricio Pochettino and his staff.
"I would be sad to go. Before I came here I did not even speak English but I have made some great friends, especially at the training ground. I am always laughing every day."
