Ruud Gullit was disappointed with Ajax's performance against Manchester United.

United defeated Ajax 2-0 in the first-leg of their Europa League clash.

"I find it disconcerting that Ajax in terms of positional play was trumped by United, which played with some young inexperienced players from their own training base, a British national centre," said Gullit.

"While we're in the Netherlands, and especially at Ajax, there is a great pride that the players must be able to compete."
