Udinese boss Francesco Guidolin has played down their top-of-the-table status.

Udinese took his team to fourth place last year and is flying high at the moment, though you wouldn't know that from his comments.

"Bologna have the same objectives for the season, so we are battling to earn a mid-table spot. This is just a passing phase and our story last year is the evidence, as we too started out badly only to climb all the way back up to fourth.

"It can happen for Bologna as well. In terms of performance, they have never been poor in these games and the table remains very tight. Don't forget they played very well against Inter and held Juventus to a draw in Turin.

"They are starved of points and have great quality, while we are coming off six games in quick succession. We also won't forget that last season Bologna picked up four points against us."
