Guus Hiddink believes Pep Guardiola will not find it as easy as he has done in his career when he takes to management in the Premier League.
The Spaniard will step into the role at Manchester City in the summer after it was confirmed on Monday that he had signed a three-year deal to replace Manuel Pellegrini at the Etihad Stadium.
Regarding Guardiola's arrival in the English top flight, Chelsea interim boss Hiddink suggested that perhaps the current Bayern Munich and former Barcelona man may find life a touch trickier in the Premier League as opposed to La Liga and the Bundesliga where his sides have dominated.
"The Premier League is a very attractive league but he will face another league than he is used to," said the Dutchman.
"With the clubs where he was you have always had domination by the teams where he worked.
"He will get used to it in England because there is no specific favourite as there is in Spain, with Barcelona, Madrid, and in Germany where the only one who can be assured already in September to be the new champion is Bayern.
"It's different in England, but it's even more for him, more attractive. He's not naive. He knows that [it's not possible to win every game]."
