There were rumours last week that Sergio Aguero faced an uncertain future at Manchester City, after the Argentina striker was left out of the side's 4-0 defeat against Barcelona.
And while boss Pep Guardiola says that he is excited at the signing of Brazil's Gabriel Jesus - a £27m summer purchase from Palmeiras who will arrive at the club in December - he insists Aguero is still his main man.
"We are so happy because Jesus is 20 years old playing as a nine for Brazil," he said. "He has Fernandinho and Fernando to help him adjust.
"I am so happy with Sergio and hopefully he can stay for the long time here. I want him to stay and play with us. He's a special player."
