Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola has named Eric Abidal in his squad for their Champions League semifinal second-leg clash with Real Madrid.
Abidal has not played since mid-March after it was discovered he had tumour on his liver. Abidal underwent a three-hour operation to remove the tumour on March 17 and it was not known how long the France international would be out for.
On Monday he was given the green light by Barca's medical team to return though, as was Spain international Andres Iniesta.
Iniesta was forced out of the semi-final first leg against Madrid at the Bernabeu - which Barca won 2-0 - on the eve of the game due to a calf problem.
