Ahead of their Copa del Rey tie with Real Mallorca, Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola insisted they did not suffer from 'Messidependency'.

Lionel Messi was again Barca's hero in victory over Racing Santander on Sunday, but Guardiola says: "We have many more players capable of competing with anyother team.

"The goals from (Samuel) Eto'o, Thierry Henry and Bojan Krkic, who can be a very decisive player, have also been a significant factor.

"However, I admit that I am lucky to have such a great player available to me."
