Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola admits he threw on Bojan Krkic against Real Betis to spark up the Nou Camp crowd last night.

With scores locked at 2-2, Krkic was introduced for two-goal Samuel Eto'o on 77 minutes and three minutes later Eidur Gudjohnsen pounced for a crucial winner.

"I put on Bojan to generate more atmosphere in the stadium," admitted Guardiola. "The changes worked this time, but another day they could go wrong. You are always trying to do your best for the team, but sometimes things don't work out."
