Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola asked his players three things in his pre-match team-talk ahead of victory at Real Madrid. Tactically, Guardiola explained how he wanted to use three central defenders and a right winger to curb the threat of Real's attackers.
It was no great adjustment for the players after Guardiola explained things on the chalkboard.
Then, for his pre-match speech, Guardiola told his team: "I ask from you only three things: Attack, attack, attack! No rest, no let up. Always attack."
And before they entered the Bernabeu pitch, Guardiola assured his players: "Whatever happens we will move forward because neither winning nor losing, the League will not be decided here."
