Guangzhou Evergrande coach Marcello Lippi admits he'd like to take the China job.

Lippi has led his C-League team to Asian Champions League glory last season.

"I have another year on my contract as Coach of the club. In all honesty, I don't think that I will renew it," Lippi told Fox Sports Italia.

"I certainly won't sit around doing nothing. I'd like a national team, maybe even China, why not?

"I had been close to several English clubs, most recently Tottenham three or four years ago. I always said no because I didn't speak the language, then I ended up in China..."
