Newcastle Jets defender Adam Griffiths has signed with Gold Coast United. The 29-year old has signed a three-year deal with the new A-League franchise.
The loss of Griffiths is a major blow for the Jets after already losing skipper Jade North to the North Queensland Fury.
Griffiths will be out to prove he still has the quality to play at national level where he has been capped twice for the Socceroos.
