First division promotion-chasers Dundee are close to signing defender Innes who did not play in Saturday's defeat to Aberdeen, while a number of clubs including Kilmarnock are courting Gavin Skelton. The loyal midfielder has been with the club since they joined the league six years ago, but could be prised away should the right offer materialise.
Meanwhile, skipper Paul Murray could move to League One side Oldham.
However, the transfer trio could remain in limbo until the end of the season unless FIFA grant Gretna players special dispensation to move.
While all players are free to go after failing to receive their wages last week, any transfers which do take place outside of the transfer window will have to be approved by FIFA.
