The big forward, who scored two goals in the 4-2 defeat against Rangers on Sunday, has openly admitted his desire to be transferred.
And according to Gretna's chief executive Graeme Muir, Deuchar is seriously considering the switch to America.
Muir said: "There has been a lot of interest in Kenny and while we wouldn't like to see him go, he is seriously considering this move.
"They have offered him a contract and the added attraction is that he could also work as a doctor over there.
"It is a big decision for him."
