Jonathan Greening says he enjoys the management style of Fulham boss Roy Hodgson.
Greening, the midfielder whom Hodgson took to Fulham from West Bromwich Albion in August on a year's loan, said of his manager: "I've been really impressed. He's a bit like a school headmaster. Whatever he says goes, and you respect him.
"He's similar to (former Albion boss) Tony Mowbray in a way. They like to think about the game a lot and are tactically aware and work a lot on videos and the other teams."
