Green: West Ham must watch Stoke's Etherington

West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green says they will have to be careful of former teammate Matthew Etherington when facing Stoke City this weekend.

"Matt is a player that brings something different to their team," Green told whufc.com.

"I remember my first season here and seeing pretty much straight away what qualities he had. He will be difficult to play against, and not only for that reason, I am sure he will want to have a good game against us as well."
