Green confident QPR can go on winning run

QPR goalkeeper Robert Green feels they're capable of going on a winning run.

QPR broke up for international week with a spirited 2-2 draw against Manchester City.

Green told the Fulham Chronicle: "What can prove the difference is back to back wins, and getting a run of games without defeat.

"West Ham, Newcastle; they've shown this, and when we played West Ham we would have been level on points with them had we won."

However, the keeper and co are heartened by spirited efforts against three top sides over the last four games, and reckons the vibe is miles different to the last enforced rest when Rs capitulated at West Ham.

"It re-confirmed what we believed about going into the international break on a positive. Four points from four game is enough to keep us in touch," he added.

"And yeah, if you're at it and on it like we have been in these games and work hard you give yourself a chance."
