Greece manager Fernando Santos has implored Georgios Samaras to show the world his best form at Euro2012.
The 27-year old Celtic forward has been much-maligned throughout his career for failing to produce what his potential shows and now Santos, who is likely to start him in the tournament opener against hosts Poland tonight, wants the former Manchester City man to step up.
"We are talking about a very important player for our team, he proved that in the qualifiers and other matches we have played.
"But I now expect him and all the other players to give 100 per cent.""Samaras is a player with many skills, but for me it is a pity sometimes that he fails to fully exploit those skills," Santos said.
