Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph says Jack Grealish's impact hasn't surprised his senior teammates.

Delph says the young winger's instant impact is down to putting in the graft and also because he's fearless.

"When you are his age you've got no fear and you just go out there and perform. That's what he's doing - and he's doing it brilliantly," Delph said.

"To be fair, the lads expected nothing less from him as he's been quality from the minute he was given his chance."
