Leeds United boss Simon Grayson admits he keeps tabs on his son, who is part of the Blackburn Rovers academy.

"He's got a lot of work to do if he ever wants to be a footballer, but at 10, kids should be going out to enjoy themselves," he said.

"Parents can be very short-sighted."
