Leeds boss Simon Grayson has warned plenty of hard work lies ahead if they want to stay on course for promotion. One point from their last two games included a fourth home league defeat at the weekend.

Grayson told the club's official website:"Saturday was disappointing and frustrating and we played similar at Watford.

"You can get away with one or two players who are below par, not six or seven."

Grayson added: "We're nearly at the halfway stage now and we know have a lot work to do if we are to get in the play-offs or the top two."
