Grays boss Dicks impressed by West Ham youngster Zola Jr

Grays Athletic boss Julian Dicks has been impressed by West Ham United loan signing Andrea Zola.

The Italian fullback is the son of Hammers manager Gianfranco Zola.

Dicks told the Daily Express: “He has a great football brain and you can’t teach that. It’s in the genes. And he can get stuck in and put himself about a bit, too.

“He was in the reserves at West Ham but he wants to play every week so he has come to us for a while and looks impressive.”
