New West Ham United boss Avram Grant wants to reshape the team's defence.
The Daily Star says Grant has put two new centre-backs and a right-back at the top of his summer shopping list.
The Hammers have already been linked with Portsmouth centre-half Tal Ben Haim and Aston Villa right-back Luke Young. They are also mulling over a £1m bid for Sunderland right-back Phil Bardsley.
