The Bulgarian's agent has claimed the former Bayer Leverkusen striker is keen to play for a club competing in the UEFA Champions League.
And, when asked about any interest in Anelka and Berbatov, Grant acknowledged his admiration for the pair.
"They are both players I like," said Grant in the Daily Star after Chelsea's New Year's Day win at Fulham.
"Our strikers are doing well. Shevchenko is much brighter and Kalou scores in almost every game.
"But a team like Chelsea should have more forwards."
When pushed on whether Chelsea would sign either player, Grant replied: "Wait and see."
