Grant has three games to rescue West Ham job

West Ham United boss Avram Grant has three games to save his job.

The Sun says under-pressure Grant will go if his team are still adrift going into Christmas.

That means they must win two of their next three Premier League games - at home to Wigan, away to Sunderland and home to Manchester City.

Joint-owners David Sullivan and David Gold are doing everything possible to keep Grant in charge.

But they will wield the axe unless there is an immediate improvement in the team's results - with their side bottom and trailing Fulham in 17th by five points after just one win in 14 league games this term.

Grant, 55, is only five months into a four-year deal since replacing Gianfranco Zola. He has already missed one target set by Sullivan after taking three points from West Ham's last four games.
