Grant "eager to help" Chelsea out of Rafa jam
Avram Grant is willing to take charge of Chelsea should Rafa Benitez be dumped. The Telegraph says a source close to Grant suggests the 58-year-old was monitoring developments with Benítez and would give serious consideration to accepting a second spell in charge if called upon by owner Roman Abramovich.
The source added that Grant, who has been spending time with his family in Israel, "really, really wants to help his friends" at Chelsea, should they seek his assistance in ensuring they finish in the Champions League qualification places.
Would the players accept Grant? Could he guide the club to a top four finish? Give us your shout below...
