Avram Grant admits elimination from the Champions League tonight would be beyond words for Chelsea.

Asked to describe the scenario if his side were knocked out by Olympiacos, Grant said: "You know better than me, but if we lose I'm sure you will find the words - you are every good with them."

Since Grant took over from Jose Mourinho in the wake of the 1-1 draw at home to Rosenborg last September, Chelsea have conceded just one goal in nine hours of European football.

And the manager insisted: "It is expected at this club to win every game.

"It is very important for us to ensure we don't concede against Olympiakos.

"We drew 1-1 at home to Rosenborg and if that happens we're out, so not losing goals is very important."
