Esteban Granero insists there's no reason for panic at QPR.

Granero believes QPR can turn their season around after his own experience in Spain.

The midfielder, 25, said: "In my first season with Getafe we really struggled. We didn't win our first eight games. The situation was very similar to here.

"But we had a similar confidence to this group of players and we started winning matches. We won five out of our next six.

"We won't panic. This has been a disappointing start but it will help us later in the season."
