Esteban Granero hopes to return to QPR after their Premier League promotion.
Granero was shipped out on loan to Real Sociedad at the beginning of the season as Harry Redknapp looked to rebuild his squad for a Championship promotion push.
However, the 26-year-old, who is back to fitness following a serious knee injury, is due to return to Loftus Road for pre-season training.
Rs teammate Nedum Onuoha said: "I'm looking forward to Esteban Granero coming back in because I think he's a quality player.
"He's outstanding and, having spoken to him, he really wants to come back.
"He contacted me before the play-off final and said 'please do it' because he wants to be playing in the Premier League with QPR."
