Victorien Angban hopes for a chance with parent club Chelsea.
The 20-year-old midfielder is on a season-long spell at La Liga strugglers Granada.
“I want us to leave a good impression here, for people to remember us fondly and then go back to Chelsea next season," Angban told the Guardian.
Angban is joined at Granada by Chelsea team-mate Jeremie Boga but he is less sure about his future.
"The perfect ending is avoid relegation and maybe go back," he said. "I don't know what happens next: we'll see at the end.
"But the first thing is Granada survive."
