Granada president Abel Resino was left shell-shocked by their 9-1 thrashing at the hands of Real Madrid.
Resino shouldered the blame for the defeat and described it as "the worst of my career".
"We have injury absences and it was an important match. We didn't expect this disaster.
"It was the toughest beating of our careers, or at least it was of mine. Now we have to dust ourselves off because we have another game coming up. We have to think that it was three points, not nine goals."
