Danny Graham has revealed that he spoke in depth with Steven Fletcher prior to making the move on loan to Wolves.
The striker arrived at the Championship club from Sunderland at the end of last week and says that his Black Cats teammate Fletcher, who is a former Wolves star, helped him decide on the Molineux move.
"I spoke to Steven Fletcher about a couple of players that are still here and he spoke highly of them and highly of the club so that helped as well," said Graham in The Chronicle.
"That was nice to know from someone I'm close to at Sunderland, he gave me a little push in the right direction.
"I don't know the players but that doesn't bother me, I'm looking forward to get to know everyone."
Former Watford and Swansea City forward Graham is set to make his Wolves debut against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
