Former Tottenham boss George Graham is pleased to see Tim Sherwood get his chance as manager.

The former Spurs midfielder has been part of the back-room team at White Hart Lane since 2008 and Graham thinks it is the perfect place for Sherwood to test his managerial credentials.

Arsenal legend Graham said: "He seems to be well respected at Tottenham, he's a big, big Tottenham man and I think his ambition is to one day manage a team so he's getting a little trial period, it'll be very interesting to see how the team go and how Tim goes as well."
